SATELLITE LOCATION AND HOW IT WORKS
Since all clock repairs are done at my off-site shop, Shouse Consignments has graciously agreed to be a drop off and pickup point for Clock Repair of Winston. I pick up and drop off the clocks to them on a regular basis. This convenient delivery location is a service we provide for our clients at no charge.
I know how you value your clock and, as I transport the clocks safely to my shop, I treat them as if they were my own clock. Within 2-3 days you will receive a call with an estimate of the repair cost. (Call me the day after delivery if you are anxious to hear about your clock estimate.)
Once the clock has been repaired, and thoroughly tested, you will receive a call that your clock is ready for pickup at the point of delivery. Cash or check is the preferred method of payment for the repair, but a credit card is acceptable if requested.
The repair work is guaranteed under the Limited Warranty on the Clock Repair Agreement which you signed on delivery, unless otherwise noted. However, if you experience a problem with the clock after pickup, please give me a call. The employees of the drop off business are not familiar with clock repair and will be unable to answer your questions. Most problems with your clock after repair can be handled over the phone.
House calls are by appointment and the repairs are done in-house or taken to my shop for repairs, as needed.
